BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETINGS: Refer to the policy and location schedule listed below.

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE: (sub-committee of the Board of Education) Meets on the same days and at the same locations as the regularly scheduled Board of Education Meetings at a time to be posted in advance. These are CLOSED meetings!

FACILITIES COMMITTEE: (sub-committee of the Board of Education) Meets as needed. Meetings will be posted in advance.

FINANCE COMMITTEE: (sub-committee of the Board of Education) Meets once a month prior to the second Board meeting of each month. Meetings are held at Hadley House, 708 St. Louis Street, Edwardsville, IL. Meetings will be posted in advance.

CITIZENS ADVISORY COUNCIL: Meets from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Hadley House, on the first Tuesday of each month, except July and August.

2007-08

Regular meetings of the Board of Education shall be held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, with the usual exceptions of JUNE, JULY, and DECEMBER, when the meetings are held on the third Monday of those months. Meetings are scheduled for 7:30 p.m.***Whenever the regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the date of said meeting will be held on the Tuesday following the holiday.

All board of education meetings will be held at Woodland Elementary - 59 S. State Rt. 157, Edwardsville IL unless otherwise noted.
