with Fractions

 We took a deck of fraction cards and cut them in half. Then, we turned each of our deck facedown. After that, we'd say "1-2-3" and flip one card up. Whoever has the larger fraction on the card, takes the opponent's card.

 

 

 

 

If you have trouble finding out which fraction is larger, then you look at the scale at the bottom of the card.(shown in the picture).

Another way you can find out which fraction is bigger, you can use your calculator. First, you divide the numerator of the fraction with the denominator of the fraction and you have the answer. Dani K.
