The Miraculous Sun and Stars

by Kelsey

The Sun and Stars are miraculous balls of gas to study. The sun provides the light and is a red star. There are different kinds of stars. There are blue stars, red stars, and yellow stars. They are incredible. All of the stars are ancient.

Past scientist believed that Planet X also known as Pluto, was found near a star. In Egypt there is a star they worship named the Dog Star.

My third astonishing star is the sun. The sun is 4.5 billion years old. It is 864,988 diameters long. The sun is a huge amount of gas , the shape of a ball force of gravity.

The birth of a star is incredible. Every star begins in a large gas cloud called A nebula Zoms are called together by the force of gravity as more. I think you should also study about stars.

I think you should also study about stars. There are spectacular things. You will learn so much about our universe. Stars are great balls of gas to study. I love to watch the stars at night. They are very hot.

SUN AND STARS , OUR LIGHT

by Joe

Stars are a million times more than enormous balls of gas. They are extroirdinarily interesting and unusual. Stars are trillions of miles away. They are so far that the closest star besides our Sun, Sirius, is 26 trillion miles away from our home planet, Earth. Most of the stars in our sky are a hundred times larger than our Sun. Stars are the most astonishing objects in the universe.

first, there are four kinds of stars that we know of. There are Super Giants, which are extremely old and giagantic.Second, there are giants, which includes Mira, Capella, and Pollux. Next, are the Main Sequence, or medeim size stars. These include the Sun and the closest star other than our Sun, Sirius. White Dwarfs include Sirius B and the smallest star we know of Van Maanens Star. White Dwafs give very little heat and light because they're just the small core of Super Giants after they blow up and cause a miraculous super nova which explains why they're so tiny. Eventualy the White Dwarfs stops giving any heat or light at all and turn in to Black Dwarfs.

The life cycle of a star is spectacular! First, all stars start in a nebula, a swirling cloud of gas and dust. The nebula atracts atoms that produces energy for the star to give off heat and light. When the star attracts enough atoms it pulls apart from the nebula. A new born star blazes in dazziling colors. The star settels down and gives a steady amount of heat and light. After that the star is a blue star which gives an enormous amount of heat and light and thery're kind of small. Stars get larger as they get older. Next, they turn into Main Sequence stars like our Sun. these stars are medium sized. Then they turn into Gaints which are very big. Then they turn into Super Gaints which are gaigantic. Then unbelievably they cause a super nova. After they blow up they then turn into White Dwarfs which are the core of Super Gaints after they blow up. White Dwarfs give very little heat or light. Then amazingly the White Dwarfs stop giving any heat or light and turn into

Black Dwarfs. Finilly, after billions of years, they turn into black holes.

Stars are almost impossible to study from trillions of miles away. To help scientists better understand them, they study our own star the Sun. of course, you can't look directly at the Sun or you could damage your eyes permanatly. Insdead, scientists use a special telescope with filters to block the Suns light. Our Sun has many interesting and amazing features such as, Sun spots, which are cooler spots on the Sun. Another breath taking feature is a solar flare. When solar flares reach the Earth's atmosphere, they cause a nothern lights display. Our Sun is a Main Sequence or medium size star.

Stars are astonishing and extremely interesting. Stars are humongous balls of gas. They give an amazing amount of heat and light. Stars are held in the form of a ball by the pull of gravity. The core, or the center of the star is the hottest of all. Stars give off a ton of energy. The energy given comes from the atoms collected in the stars nebula.

We could not live with out stars. If it weren't for stars, especilly our Sun, Earth would be pitch black and freezing cold. Stars are extroidinary, interesting, and unusual. If there were no stars are world and many others would be changed durasticly.
