Tiger Country
You can build a lifetime of remembrance by
purchasing a brick or block that will help construct the
Tiger Country Facility. Brand your company’s community
support, highlight your children’s involvement, recognize a
friend or family member, or simply create your own families
legacy through this great opportunity. Join our fine clubs
and teams, the
EGHM Foundation and Edwardsville School District #7 in

EHS Cross Country
In recent years, the boys and girls EHS Cross Country teams
have become recognized statewide. In 2006, the boys team
made its eighth consecutive state championship
appearance(1999-2006). The girls have qualified for the past
three years (2004-2006).
EHS Field Hockey
The EHS Field Hockey teams have made major strides to build
a "powerhouse team" as the only Illinois Field Hockey
program in Southern Illinois. EHS plays in the highly
competitive MWAA League which is made up of EHS and St.
Louis prep schools. Both Liberty and Lincoln Middle Schools
have strong teams preparing to compete in the High School
program.
EHS Track and Field
Since 2000, both the boys and girls Track & Field teams have
risen to prominence. In 2003, Stephen Pfifer claimed both
the 1600 and 3200 meter state titles helping the team earn a
state trophy. The girls team has medaled in seven different
events since 2005, including a 4 x 400 meter Relay State
Championship in 2006.
Glen Ed Soccer Club
Since 1996 Glen-Ed has been providing youth the opportunity
to play competitive soccer while building character. This
year we will have 17 teams in ages ranging from U7 to U18
for both boys and girls, making Glen-Ed the 3rd largest
select soccer program in the metro east area and the largest
in District 7.
Edwardsville Little Tigers Football
The Little Tigers organization, formed in 2006, offers
District 7 children aged 5-12 an opportunity to participate
in tackle football and cheerleading. Character building is
at the center of the programs mission statement. Over 300
children, 50 coaches, and 600 parents participate in this
program. player
