An Unexpected
Biography
In
a classroom in the N.O. Nelson Complex there lived a Koester. Not a
nasty, dirty, wet classroom, with the ends of worms and an oozy smell,
nor yet a dry, bare, sandy classroom with nothing in it to sit down
on or to eat: it was a Koester-hole, and that means comfort.
This Koester was a very well-to-do Koester, and his name was Adam.
The qualifications of this particular Koester - what is a Koester?
I suppose Koesters need some description nowadays, since they have
become rare and shy of the Big People, as they call us. They are a
little people, about half our height, and smaller than the bearded
Parkin. Koesters have no beards (aside from the infamous Koester Van
Dyke). There is little or no magic, except the technical wizardry of
computers, in which this Koester was obviously very skilled. Now you
know enough to go on with his qualifications. Holding a Business Education
Certification from McKendree College, Adam Koester graduated from the
University of Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's
degree in Arts in Economics and has recently completed his MBA through
Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
By some curious chance one morning long ago in the quiet of the world,
when there was less noise and more green, and the Koesters were still
numerous and prosperous, and Adam Koester was standing at his door
after breakfast - The Edwardsville Board of
Education came by. If you had heard only a quarter of what I have heard
about them,
and I have only heard very little of all there is to hear, you would
be prepared for any sort of remarkable tale. They offered our Adam Koester a
job teaching students for the Edwardsville Middle School. He joyously
accepted. He now resides at the N.O. Nelson complex teaching for the
Edwardsville High School. You can view all of the classes he is currently
teaching on the classes page in the index to your left.
