SUNDAY, JUNE 6

12:00   PM      Motor coaches arrive at Edwardsville High School                

                                                            6161 Center Grove Road

                                                            Edwardsville, IL 60205

1:00     PM      Depart for Orlando, FL (1,001 miles, 18 hours, plus stops and time change)

            PM      Dinner en route (student cost)

 

 

MONDAY, JUNE 7

            AM      Breakfast en route (student cost)

10:00   AM      Arrive at Blizzard Beach Water Park

Florida sun meets alpine snow in the coolest Water Park around.  Legend has it that a freak snowstorm resulted in Florida’s first ski resort, but when temperatures rose, the Florida sun turned the ski runs into water slides.  Now, the thrills peak high atop some of the highest slides on earth.

Afternoon        Lunch on own (student cost)

4:00     PM      Load motor coaches; depart for the hotel

            PM      Check in; get changed and freshen up for dinner

6:00     PM      Load motor coaches; depart for Medieval Times

7:00     PM      Enjoy dinner and entertainment

You’ll marvel as spiritual stallions perform intricate maneuvers.  Gaze in awe as fearless knights on horseback competed in daring tournament games of skill and accuracy.

TUESDAY, JUNE 8

 7:00    AM      Load motor coaches; depart for Rainforest Café

 8:00    AM      Enjoy a breakfast at Rain Forest Cafe

Scrambled eggs, crispy lean bacon, seasoned grilled potatoes, baked cinnamon tonga toast, assorted mini muffins, assorted fresh tropical fruit, orange juice, tea and coffee

 9:00    AM      Walk into the Animal Kingdom

AM      Spend the morning at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park

Disney storytelling comes to life in a kingdom alive with fun, wonder and adventure. Celebrate thrilling attractions, shows, the majesty of nature and the fascinating animals, real and imagined, that enrich our planet.

Note:               Stop by the Animal Kingdom’s® newest thrilling attraction, Expedition Everest®

Board an aging train headed for an Everest base camp by way of the Forbidden Mountain to trek into a remote Himalayan Village!  Adventure abounds!.

12:00   PM      Load motor coaches; depart for Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Don’t miss      Rockin’ Rollercoaster staring Aerosmith!  Aerosmith's having a backstage party across town and you're invited. Ready to brave the LA freeways? Zoom from 0-60 mph with the force of a supersonic F-14, take in high-speed loops and turns synchronized to a specially recorded Aerosmith soundtrack and zip through Tinseltown in the biggest, loudest limo you've ever seen.

            PM      Join the Block Party Bash

                        Featuring over 20 Disney Pixar characters including Woody, Buzz, Mike and

Sulley, this incredible parade doubles as a high-energy street spectacular, complete with amazing music, fantastic floats, one-of-a-kind trampoline units, aerial acrobatics and endless surprises.

Sorcerer Mickey takes on some wicked villains in one of the most Explosive nighttime extravaganzas ever.  It’s an action-packed showdown between good and evil with lasers, lights, pyrotechnics, and dancing waters, all set to favorite Disney music.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9

Upon arrival     Take the ferry across and enter through the main gate

9:00     AM      Arrive at the Magic Kingdom Parkâ             

Welcome to the place where storybook fantasy is everyday reality, and Disney classics are brought to life.

Don’t miss        Disney Dreams Come True Parade  

Take in this dazzling and delightful parade as it winds its way between Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A.® and Frontierland®. Discover your favorite Disney Characters, feast your eyes on the amazing floats, move your feet to your favorite Disney music and set your imagination soaring!

 8:00    PM      Enjoy the “SpectroMagic” Parade

It’s the next generation of nighttime parades as your favorite Disney Characters light up with magical fiber-optic light and dance down Main Street, U.S.A., and John Debney’s magnificent score fills the air.  There are enough memorable moments in the procession to brighten your Dreams for many nights to come.

 9:00    PM      View Wishesä Nighttime Spectacular Fireworks Display

The biggest ongoing fireworks spectacular.  It features an original soundtrack, character voices from several Disney animated films and narration by Jiminy Cricket.  During the show guests will witness the wishes being made by Disney characters.

Afterwards      Depart immediately to Ticket & Transportation Center

THURSDAY, JUNE 10

8:00     AM      Load motor coaches; depart for House of Blues-Downtown Disney

9:00     AM      Breakfast buffet at the House of Blues (min. 75 paying people)

Variety of Breakfast Cereals, Assorted Breakfast Pastries, Seasoned Potatoes, Scrambled Eggs, Crispy Bacon, Milk, Juice and Coffee.  Once your school has made their way through the buffet… the show starts as “Karaoke Jake” looks for volunteers to fill in for his missing brother “Elwood.” The volunteers are brought to the stage to perform a variety of Blues Brothers Style favorites!

10:30   AM      Enjoy some time shopping in Downtown Disney

Indulge in big-city fun in an area teeming with excitement, unique shops, restaurants and entertainment! Explore Downtown Disney® Marketplace, home to the largest Disney character store in the world; Downtown Disney West Side, with its top-notch restaurants, theaters, shows and entertainment.            

12:00   PM      Load motor coach; depart for Epcot

Celebrate the fascinating cultures and numerous wonders of the world around you through dazzling shows, interactive experiences and amazing attractions. Marvel at the power of human imagination to set the spirits soaring.

            PM      Enjoy the remainder of the day at Epcot

The sky erupts with light and fire as this nighttime spectacular celebrates our world.  It’s the most magnificent show of its kind in our history, with dazzling special effects, colorful lasers, brilliant fireworks, and fiery torches all choreographed to an incredible musical score.

FRIDAY, JUNE 11

9:30     AM      Head to Islands of Adventure

Don’t miss      Marvel Super Hero Island® at Universal's Islands of Adventure® - Enter a gleaming comic book city where the world’s greatest Super Heroes pit themselves against the world’s most diabolical Super Villains in the ultimate battle of good versus evil

Don’t Forget   To skip along in Seuss Landing® - where you’ll meet the actual characters from the famous books themselves including the Cat in the Hat and the Sneetches.

 Afterwards     Depart to Jurassic Park®: Experience the real Jurassic Park, where dinosaurs have been brought back to co-exist with man for the first time anywhere. It’s an adventure 65 million years in the making!

Head to           Explore the Lost Continent, an ageless land of ancient myths and epic legends. From a castle guarded by warring dragons to a battle of titans beneath the sea, heart-pounding adventure awaits around every corner

Check out       Toon Lagoon where you’ll ride wacky water rides through the streets that the world’s best loved cartoon and comic strip characters live. 

3:00     PM      Walk over to Universal Studios

Universal Studios® Movie Theme Park -- Go beyond the screen and Ride the Movies®! At this real working film and TV studio, an incredible array of rides, shows, movie sets and attractions put you right in your favorite scenes from your favorite movies. It's the number one movie studio theme park in the world!

Must See:       Fear Factor Live

See if you have what it takes at the most extreme audience participation show ever.  You’ve watched the T.V. show, now try to survive it. 

Head to:          Back to the Future- the Ride
Climb into your time-traveling vehicle and hold on as Doc Brown sends you hurling through Hill Valley 2015, soaring through an Ice Age Avalanche and right into the jaws of a dinosaur.
