Looking for Parents Who Can Help • Posted 8/20/09

As we start what promises to be an unusually busy school year, we are looking for any parents that are willing to help.  There are a variety of ways in which you can get involved in EHS Choirs.  If you can help in any of areas listed, please e-mail Mrs. Marshall with your name, phone number, and information on what you would like to do.

     Handing out programs prior to concerts.  (Please list concert dates for
     which you would be available.  Dates can be found on the Choir
     Calendar.)

     Photography for concerts and Madrigal Dinner.  (Please list concert
     dates for which you would be available.)

     Making costumes for the Madrigal Dinner (or any part of a costume-
     pants for boys, headpieces, hats, etc.).

     Seating guests at the Madrigal Dinner.

     Taking care of reservation tickets (payments) at Madrigal Dinner.

     Publicity for the Madrigal Dinner (designing posters, delivering posters to
     businesses, etc.).

     Videotaping the Madrigal Dinner.

New this year, parents and students can stay completely on top of everything with a detailed calendar of all rehearsals, performances, due dates, and other events.  Check back frequently, as dates and times will be updated often.
