Please pick up your final transcript release form from your English teacher, consumer education teacher, or the guidance office OR you can print the form out by clicking here.  You must fill out this form whether you are going to a college, junior college, university, or trade school. Please indicate on the form if you are not attending any college, etc.  And return it to Mrs. Eidson or Mrs. Blackwell in the guidance office before 12:00 PM on Friday May 9th. Your final transcript will not be sent if this form is not completed and turned in.
