While attempting to logon, using Internet
Explorer, an error message appears "Object reference not set
to an instance of an object".
Close all browser sessions(Internet Explorer), and then open
a new session, and then try the username/password again.
For some reason, if the browser has been opened on other
sites, some users have been getting this error.
How do I reset my password? I've
never used TigerView, so how do I obtain a username and
password?
Go to the main TigerView page (http://tigerview.ecusd7.org)
and click the "Password Help" button. You must
include the parent/guardian's full name and the student's
full name. If any of the required
information is missing, the request will not be processed.
Please note username and password information will be sent
through U.S. postal mail. For security reasons,
usernames and passwords will never be given out over the
phone, e-mail, or posted on the World Wide Web. If a
parent/guardian wishes to obtain logon information in
person, arrangements can be made for them to pickup the
letter at the child's building. A drivers license, or some
other form of photo identification, is required.
After logging on, only the student's name
appears.
Click on the student's name. Demographic information
should then appear. If you still encounter problems,

How can I change/update my contact
information (e-mail address, phone number, etc.)?
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify
the building secretary if your demographic information has
changed. Once the building secretary makes the
changes, the updated information will be reflected in
TigerView.
How can I change my username or password?
At this point in time, usernames can't be changed.
Passwords can be changed by clicking the "Sign out" button
and then "Change Your Password".
