LMS Fall FlingPosted: October 28,2014
On Friday, October 24th, the Prevention Program hosted its 26th annual Fall Fling for Liberty and Lincoln 7th and 8th grade students. Activities included: A DJ, pumpkin painting, inflatable games, a haunted room, fortune teller, face painting, concessions, video games, sports games, and more! Over 500 students attended the event along with over 55 parent volunteers! Activities like the Fall Fling provide students the opportunity to build new friendships and reconnect with friends between schools. In addition, these events are planned and promoted by our F.I.T. and G.O. students. Student ideas and leadership were used to provide the best possible activities for our wildcats and panthers. These large events are only possible due to the strong partnership of parent volunteers, administration, SRO's, and the prevention program. Thank you to all involved.
