In
an effort to enhance communication with students,
parents, and the general public, District 7 has
implemented a new feature on its website called the
Virtual Backpack.
District 7 often receives requests from other
organizations to distribute information materials to
students. The Virtual Backpack will provide users with
an alternate site to access information that has been
distributed in the school district by non-profit
organizations, intergovernmental agencies, and business
partners. Letters, flyers, fundraiser notices, etc. will
be posted on the web site as they are distributed in the
District.
All requests to distribute information must be approved
by the superintendent. Groups that wish to distribute
information must first email a completed
District 7 Request to Distribute Materials form and
a PDF of the flyer to Angie Bullard
(abullard@ecusd7.org) at Hadley House at least two
weeks prior to the desired posting date. Submitting
organizations should read the Distribution Guidelines posted on the website prior
to submitting a request.
Postings will be organized by week, and all documents
posted within the school year will remain accessible
throughout the school year.
