Lincoln 8th Grade Girls Basketball is Second at State Tournament

Congratulations to the Lincoln Middle School 8th grade girls basketball team on their 2nd place finish at the IESA state tournament. The Wildcats came up just short of the IESA Class 4A state title on Thursday night with a 33-30 loss to New Lenox Liberty. They finish with a remarkable 26-3 record.
Wildcats defeated Normal Parkside, 29-25, in the quarterfinals, and University Park Crete Monee, 34-14, in the semifinals.
