Dr. Duncan shares highlights from EHS on the Illinois State Report Card.

Unified sports are one way District #7 promotes inclusion within the District. Unified sports means that students with and without disabilities play together on the same team.

Leclaire Elementary has been recognized as a Model Professional Learning Community (PLC) at Work school by Solution Tree, honoring its commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and student success. 

Dr. Duncan highlights the start of the school year, upcoming parent teacher conferences and Homecoming Week.

Boscolo has been elected to serve on the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Board of Directors in the underrepresented gender at-large position. 

Duncan is currently the assistant superintendent, a role he has held since July 2024.

Seven EHS students recognized as National Merit Scholarship Program Commended Students

The Edwardsville High School Tiger Talk Podcast Network received a $1,500 grant through the Illinois Press Foundation and Illinois Farm Bureau, which was used towards a custom-build, professional podcasting desk for their recording studio.

Students at Lincoln Middle School and Glen Carbon Elementary hold special observances.

On Sunday, Aug. 31, District #7 officially celebrated the grand opening of Lincoln Middle School’s new addition and marked 100 years of Lincoln’s history.

Over the summer, construction was completed at seven schools, including EHS, Woodland, Columbus, Leclaire, Nelson, Hamel, and Glen Carbon, to add secure double-entry vestibules.

As summer winds down and the first signs of a new academic year approach, I want to extend a warm welcome back to our students, staff, and families across Edwardsville Community Unit School District 7. The first day of school is always filled with excitement and possibility, and this year is no exception.

Edwardsville Community Unit School District 7 will host a grand opening and celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 31, at Lincoln Middle School, 145 West St., to commemorate the building’s 100-year legacy and official open its new addition and restored 1925 floor.

District #7 honored several of its outstanding employees, recognized the contributions of those employees with 25 years of service, and bid farewell with a salute to its retirees during its District Awards Banquet.

38 students were chosen to participate in the 34th Annual Madison County Young Authors Conference to take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025

The Edwardsville High School Winter Guard is making history. Last weekend, they became the program’s first Scholastic A Champions. But their season isn’t over yet.

The annual Tiger Town Consortium features performances by D7 orchestra students in grades 5-12.

Congratulations to the EHS Winter Guard who brought home the gold medals and are the Scholastic A Champions for the first time in EHS History at Saturday's MCCGA Regional Championships.

15 students participated in the District #7 Spelling Bee on Thursday, February 27 at Liberty Middle School.
