Superintendent's Student Advisory

The Superintendent’s Student Advisory Team is a group of EHS students who share feedback, experiences, and perspectives on district practices, educational programming, and school culture to help share conversations to improve the overall school experience. These students meet regularly with the Superintendent and participate in ambassadorial events within their school, the district, and the community.

Jacob McKey, President
My name is Jacob McKey and I am a senior at Edwardsville High School. I am excited to serve as president of this year's Superintendent's Advisory Board. This is my second year serving on the board and I have also been involved in many clubs at EHS such as Drama Club, Boys Volleyball, and Student Council. This year I serve as the Student Council president where I get to lead an amazing group of people to plan events such as homecoming and Mr. EHS. I enjoy music and all that surrounds it. I collect vinyl records and also enjoy going to concerts. I hope to pursue a career in medicine after high school and have a passion for biology. I have many ideas on how to make our school a better place for everyone and am very grateful for the opportunity to serve on this board as the president.
